QuantumAI Solutions is led by founders who have built technology companies and delivered mission systems across government for decades.
Woodie Sharpless founded Sharp Solutions and leads it as CEO. He served eight years on active duty in the U.S. Army, including with the 82nd Airborne Division, finishing at the White House Communications Agency as a Presidential Coordinator supporting the President and staff.
He has since spent more than a decade in program management, governance, and policy work for federal agencies — including eight years with the Department of Homeland Security on cloud services, enterprise architecture, and IT governance. He holds a bachelor's degree in business management and a master's in information technology from Capella University.
Ken Bajaj has more than 40 years building technology companies that serve government and commercial customers. He co-founded Perot Systems, where he led its largest federal outsourcing engagement, and went on to found and scale iNet, AppNet, and DigitalNet — each of which went public or was acquired.
He later helped grow Digital Management Inc. (DMI) into a $400 million enterprise focused on cloud and digital modernization for federal missions. Today he leads DigitalNet.ai, which builds secure, governed AI software and services for federal agencies and large enterprises, with about 1,500 staff and $170 million in annual revenue.
